KiB Healthcare Limited Returns and Refund Policy
1. If the Buyer wants to stop or adjust an order after payment has been processed, but before the Products have been shipped, they will receive a full refund.
2. If the Buyer wishes to return Products, then as long as the Products are sent by the Buyer within 7 days of receipt and received by KiB Healthcare Limited in a good, unopened, resalable condition, with an expiry date of more than 6 months validity, a Product Credit Note can be issued or full refund.
3. If KiB Healthcare Limited has shipped the wrong Product or Products that have arrived in a damaged condition due to incorrect packaging, then the package and Products must be returned to KiB Healthcare Limited for inspection (always contact KiB Healthcare Limited before undertaking any actions). If the fault is identified and agreed, KiB Healthcare Limited will reship the Products a second time. A refund is subject to the conditions in section 2.
4. All returned goods must be sent to the address shown on our invoice. The customer must obtain proof of posting from the Post Office. The cost of returning the goods are payable by the customer. We will not be responsible for the cost of postage and packaging to return items. We recommend using a Recorded Delivery Service for returns as we cannot be responsible for items which never make it back to our warehouse.
